Defect Reduction

Our focus will be on the continual reduction of defects and non-conformances in our products and processes through an effective, documented Root-Cause and Corrective Action Process, and the implementation of Preventive Actions.

Quality Principles & Guidelines

Our Quality Management Systems will incorporate the Principles and Guidelines of the ISO 9001:2000, AS9100-B and Nadcap requirements for Special Processes thus enabling us, as a business, to provide the best possible products and services to our customers around the Globe.
